Ver~rus® is a cleaning concentrate for plastic injection moulding equipment and extruders.
Our ver~rus® cleaning concentrate has a chemical composition. It contains no abrasive or corrosive components and there are no health concerns.
Ver~rus® is used at temperatures between 130°C and +400°C.
Ver~rus® can achieve astonishing results in connection with hydrocarbons and temperatures above the melting point.
This material creates pressure inside the cylinder; this causes it to foam at the same time.
Because of this chemical reaction, the cleaning blend cleans all areas of the machine (even neutral zones inside the cylinder, worm, nozzle, head, hot runner and die) in one step. This also applies for applications that have chrome-plated or high lustre dies.
Here, it makes no difference whether a die or material change is pending or if the machine has to be cleaned at regular intervals to remove deposits and scorched
areas.
When used regularly, new deposits on the worm will be considerably less and you can extend the cleaning interval.
The result: Saving time and material.
